Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 is scheduled to be held on Saturday 24 January 2026 at Wairarapa Events Centre (formerly Carterton Events Centre), 50 Holloway Street, Carterton.
We ask that everyone arrives to sign in and be seated by 9:45am, with the meeting starting at 10am.

Items for General Business must be provided to Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua Settlement Trust for consideration by the Chairperson. Please email your General Business items to administration@kkwtnr.org.nz by Friday 16 January 2026.
Annual Report available:
A copy of the Annual Report and financial statements will be made available by the end of November 2025.
Attendance and Voting:
All those registered to Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua Settlement Trust are entitled to attend and vote. Non-registered uri of Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua can attend but are ineligible to vote. Any other person may attend at the discretion of the trustees. Attendance requests must be emailed to administration@kkwtnr.org.nz by Friday 16 January 2026.

If you are unable to attend in person, there will be a livestream available for uri of Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua. Please register your interest by Friday 16 January 2026 by emailing administration@kkwtnr.org.nz to receive the link.
